How long until I get a response? ▼

We aim to respond to all messages within 24–48 business hours. For bug reports that affect many users, we prioritize those and often fix them within hours.

Can I request a specific calculator to be added? ▼

Absolutely! We build new tools based on user demand. Select "New Tool Suggestion" as the subject and describe the calculator you need. If multiple users request the same tool, it moves to the top of our development queue.

I found a calculation error. What should I do? ▼

Please report it immediately using this form with the subject "Bug Report." Include the calculator name, the input values you used, the result you got, and what you believe the correct result should be. We take accuracy very seriously and will investigate right away.

Do you offer an API for developers? ▼

Currently all calculations run client-side in the browser. If you are interested in embedding our calculators or API access, please contact us through the partnership inquiry option and we can discuss options.

Can educational institutions use CalcWise Pro tools? ▼

Yes! All our tools are completely free for individual use including in educational settings. For bulk licensing, embedding, or white-label solutions for schools or universities, please contact us via the partnership option.
